FAQs

  • The Healing for Love Series is a transformative five-part journey into love, attachment, embodiment, and relational integrity.
Across five immersive workshops, you’ll explore how your conditioning, wounds, expectations, triggers, and nervous system shape the way you love — and how to create healthier, more aligned relationships.

It’s led by international author, therapist, and facilitator Natalia Rachel, in partnership with Get A Grip, bringing together psychology, embodiment, and emotional growth in a grounded, accessible way.

  • This series is designed for anyone curious about how they love and why they attract the patterns they do. It’s perfect for:

    • individuals who are single and seeking clarity
    • people who are dating and wanting discernment
    • couples or partners wanting deeper connection
    • those healing, rebuilding, or redefining what love means

Each session blends conversation, guided reflection, journaling, and gentle somatic awareness to help you understand your relational patterns with honesty, compassion, and strength.

  • This series isn’t therapy, and it’s not just conversation — it’s a curated, grounded space where psychology, embodiment, and modern love come together.

You’ll explore topics like attachment, generational patterns, nervous system wiring, trauma, desire, and the roles you play in love — all in a safe, intelligent, and beautifully facilitated environment.

    You’ll leave each session with:

    • clarity around your patterns
    • tools for emotional and relational integrity
    • a deeper understanding of yourself
    • a more grounded sense of how to love and be loved

It’s honest, practical, sometimes confronting, and deeply inspiring.
