  • ARTHUR ARONEY

“I found the session with Cris and Natalia extremely rewarding. It was a great mix of psychology, personal reflection and a lovely safe environment for sharing. Learnt a lot about myself in a short session. Drinks and nibbles were lovely as well! Thank you!”

  • Meagan Sandiford

“I absolutely loved it. For me, the event really built upon the therapeutic work I’d one over the years in a very tangible and practical way. Natalia’s methodology allowed me to pair self awareness with a structured framework to see where patterns and cycles had resolved, where they still show up and steps as to address these too! The sense of community and shared experience further helped shaped the awareness and a sense of connection and vulnerability which made the experience all the more nourishing and tangible. Really excited for the upcoming events!:

  • Brooke Anchor

“Honestly where to begin…The workshop was truly phenomenal. I can’t thank you and Natalia enough for putting it together and showing up like that. It completely normalised a lot of what I’ve been experiencing and put it into a perspective that has enabled me to further remain observant and objective about my patterns and understand myself more fully and continue in the path to healing and creating a more peaceful life. More and more I can see the difference between living a truly self lead life as opposed to just responding to outside forces and old beliefs. Much love and gratitude and can’t wait for the next one!”

  • Paula Saad

“I decided to join the Healing for Love workshop last minute, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Natalia is absolutely incredible — deeply knowledgeable, yet empathetic and wonderfully approachable. The experiences shared by everyone in the group were so inspiring, and I left on Monday feeling motivated to keep going, to see my fears differently, and with so many new insights about myself. I cannot wait for the next one!”

  • Shine Karlsson

“I can’t recommend Cristina & Natalia’s Heal for Love events enough. From my first session, I felt like I had stepped into a genuinely safe and supportive space. Natalia guides conversations around love, trauma, and personal patterns in a way that is both grounding and deeply insightful. It’s not just about listening, it’s about opening up, asking questions, and exploring parts of yourself you might usually keep hidden. Even though I’ve only attended two sessions so far, both have been incredibly valuable. As someone new to the area, these events have given me the chance to connect with others and have real, meaningful conversations. There’s something special about being in a room where everyone shows up with openness and authenticity.

When I first attended one of Cris’s events, I was struggling with social anxiety, but I was met with such warmth that I quickly felt at ease. That experience gave me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone and join her calisthenics training at Red Light Studio in Bondi.”
