Money Mastery and Movement Retreat
Redefining abundance — from muscle to mindset.
In September 2024, we gathered a group of individuals in a private Balinese retreat to explore transformation at the intersection of money and movement. Over three days, we combined financial education, body-awareness training, and nervous-system-based recovery to reconnect strength and self-worth in every sense.From conversations on investing and wealth creation to grounding mobility work, hot-and-cold immersion, and mindful strength sessions, this retreat redefined abundance — not just as financial success, but as a state of balance between the physical, mental, and emotional.
For those devoted to growth on every level, this event proved that the path to freedom is embodied — and the body remains the most powerful gateway to life’s biggest conversations.

A Proper Self-Care Event
A monthly ritual redefining what self-care really means.
Each month, we gathered a small community to explore how physical self-care opens the door to emotional and mental awareness. Through practices like trigger point therapy, compression therapy, infrared sauna, and cold-hot immersion, participants learned to release the body first — so the mind could follow.
Once softened and grounded, we closed each session with open discussions on topics like money beliefs, self-care habits, and personal reflection — creating space for truth, connection, and change.
This ongoing series reminded us that self-care isn’t just about recovery — it’s how we access who we are beneath the armour.
