Your body doesn’t just need more training —
it needs the right type of input at the right time.
At Get A Grip, we don’t separate fitness and recovery. We use both — intentionally.
two ways to work with your body
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.
-
Build strength, skill, and control through:
Calisthenics
Pilates Ritual
Vinyasa Ritual
This is where you challenge your body and expand your capacity.
-
Reset your nervous system and release tension through:
Recovery Ritual
Red light therapy
Mobility & breathwork
This is where your body integrates, adapts, and repairs.
-
This is the most important part.
Why You Need Both
Most people either:
train hard and burn out
or recover without ever building strength
We do both — on purpose.
Because:
Strength without recovery creates tension
Recovery without strength creates fragility
The goal is not just to move more —
but to move well, consistently, and sustainably -

Do both
The Get A Grip Method — train the body, refine the connection, recover with intention. This is how you build a body that is strong, aware, and resilient.
”Most studios make you choose. we teach you how to balance.”
designed for how your body works
Red & Near Infrared Light
Our classes are held under red and near-infrared light, supporting recovery, circulation, and a more regulated nervous system — so your body can do more with less resistance.
Small Group Environment
We keep our classes intentionally small (maximum 6), so you’re not lost in the room. You’re seen, guided, and supported — with space to actually learn your body.
Psychology-Based Coaching
Our approach is grounded in psychology and interoception — helping you understand what you feel, not just what to do. This builds a deeper connection between mind and body, so strength becomes something you can access, not force.
Curated Sound
Music is intentionally selected to influence your state — helping you stay focused, present, and connected to your movement.
