Our small group sessions blend calisthenics and functional strength to help you build a body that moves beautifully — strong, stable, and responsive. You’ll master your own bodyweight first, learning the art of control and awareness through movements like push-ups, ring rows, pistol squats, and core sequences designed to make you feel grounded and capable.

Each class is capped at five women, giving you the precision of personal coaching with the motivation of a team. Expect progressive skill work, mindful coaching, and an atmosphere that makes showing up feel like self-respect, not obligation.

Your journey begins with a Discovery Call, where we unpack your goals, schedule, and mental and physical needs. From there, I create a personalised PDF proposal outlining exactly how we’ll approach your program — from training progressions and nutrition strategy to supplementation and mindset support.

Once you’re onboard, your entire week is programmed by a professional — it’s like having a PT in your pocket. Each phase includes video demonstrations, mental health solutions, and exercise progressions that evolve as you do. You’ll have habit tracking, form feedback, and reflection prompts to keep you accountable and in tune with your body.

Travelling often or juggling a demanding routine? Perfect. We’ll design a plan that moves with you — whether that means hotel gyms, minimal-equipment setups, or bodyweight-only days.
